I've been listening to this amazing podcast about climate change, and it's just so eye-opening. You know, it really helps you understand the science behind it all, and sort of breaks down these complex issues in a way that's so accessible. I think everyone should give it a listen.

Just finished a pretty intense workout session. My right shoulder's feeling a bit tighter than usual, but that's normal after the kind of training we did. Talked to my trainer about it, and he said it's actually good - means we're making progress.

So when we're in the studio, it's like, we start with just me and the acoustic guitar, kind of stripped down, you know? That's where the real magic happens. Then we bring the band in, and it just kind of builds naturally from there.

You know, sometimes I think about those moments we shared, just sitting there, talking about life. We were so close, like family really. Those connections you make, they stay with you forever. It's strange how some people just become part of who you are.

So I went ahead and checked out that new trail yesterday, you know, to make sure it was safe and everything. And it's kind of challenging at first, but once you get past those first few turns, it's actually pretty amazing what you'll see.

I want to share how incredible this journey has been with all of you. The support from our fans, the amazing moments with the cast, it's just been unbelievable. Every day on set was a gift, and I'm so thankful for all the memories we've created together.

And you know, this song just came to me while I was sitting on my porch. I mean, the melody was just there. And the band, they're just incredible musicians. We got in the studio and it just. It all came together. Like, perfectly. I'm so grateful for how it turned out.

Yeah, so, you know, in training today I mean, it was pretty good. Started working on some new techniques and, like, my timing was better than last week. You know, just trying to capitalize on those opportunities when they come up and, yeah, making adjustments as needed.
