I've often found that the most difficult part of any fitness journey is simply staying consistent when life gets busy. It’s about finding those small moments to focus on your goals, ensuring you’re fueling your body with the right nutrients to support your recovery and long-term health.

So for this role, I've had to adapt my training quite significantly. I'm doing about two hours in the gym each morning, focusing mainly on building muscle mass and functional strength. Unfortunately, with the filming schedule, it's been quite challenging to maintain the routine, but yeah, we're making it work.
