You must believe in your dream. When others complain, that is where the opportunity is. Most people give up because they want quick success, but you must be patient. If you work hard today, you will see the beautiful day after tomorrow.

Today I tell you something important: young people must learn fail fast. In my company, we have 35% young people because they dream big. They not afraid making mistake. This is why digital economy need young generation to lead future.

Today many people say business very difficult. But I tell you, difficult is opportunity. When everybody complain, you go do something. When everybody scared, you take action. That's how success work. That's what I think.
