Today I tried making these tiny strawberry tarts but the humidity kept messing with the pastry and everyone kept coming in to check so I ended up with sort of cookie-tart hybrids which actually turned out amazing and now they want the recipe tomorrow morning.

So I finally made it back with those screws and I'm ready to finish this project. I'm still a bit behind schedule, but I'm determined to get the roof on today. I just can’t wait to see my sister’s face when her stand is finally set up.
