Hello everyone, I just wanted to share something quite exciting that I've been working on lately. It's a little project I've been putting together, and I'm really looking forward to showing you all what it's about.

I think sometimes we rush into things because we're afraid of being alone, and like, five years ago I probably would have done that too. But now I understand that being okay with yourself first is maybe the most important thing, and everything else just kind of follows naturally.

Behind the lights and the carefully curated smiles, there’s immense pressure — to look a certain way, to play the game, to tolerate things you’d never accept anywhere else. There are power struggles, people who’ll happily use you as a pawn to get ahead, and sometimes an uncomfortable silence around things that ought to be spoken about.

So yesterday I had this brilliant idea to perform interpretive dance in the supermarket because I was so moved by the fruit arrangement. Security wasn't impressed, but I kept going until an elderly man joined in with his shopping trolley. It was quite beautiful, actually.

I really appreciate how much you care about me, and I love spending time with you. But I need you to understand that when you keep pushing about meeting my family so soon, it makes me uncomfortable. Please give me some time. I'm just not ready yet.
