You know what happened to me today? I was at the grocery store, and my mind started racing about all these what-ifs. What if I forgot to lock my car? And then I started imagining someone taking my purse, my keys, everything. My brain just goes there sometimes.

So, we were at lunch today and C started acting up again, acting like she's the queen of the group. She literally made a face when I sat down, and like, I don't even know what her problem is lately? It's just so exhausting dealing with that kind of negative energy, okay?

So like today, I'm sitting in this meeting, right, and my computer just decides to freeze up. I'm like, okay whatever, but then my supervisor's asking me questions and I'm just there clicking my mouse like crazy, you know? And everyone's just staring at me.

So get this, I was applying for a job at the grocery store and they asked about special skills, and I'm like yeah I can walk really fast professionally, and they just stared at me like I'm making it up, I mean three Olympic medals and I can't even bag groceries right.

Okay, so I've been trying this new morning routine thing, and oh my God, it's actually working. Like, I wake up 30 minutes earlier to do some stretching and drink my water, and seriously, my energy levels are through the fucking roof. Trust me, you need to try this shit.
