Good morning to you Frank...I felt there was need to address this immediately . I did wanted to leave it till we get to meet, but on another thought I felt o should now . I’m sorry for whatever casualties or errors happened with your service providers and your communication system...and I hope they are all safe now . Sometimes there could be such alarms coming up even when not necessary and yeah that’s just the service providers doing their security checks and job.
