So like, you guys keep asking about the gear we use and stuff, basically we got all this equipment that's pretty heavy you know, like the flak and helmet and everything. It's not bad once you get used to it but yeah, wouldn't recommend carrying it all day.

So, a lot of you guys keep asking what day-to-day life is really like in the infantry. Honestly, it's mostly just waiting around and cleaning your gear until someone tells you otherwise. It’s definitely a grind, but the guys you meet make it worth it, even if the pay isn't great.
