The truth is, this man posts on Facebook and social media every week, asking for donations for his son’s treatment. He is exploiting your hospital's name, your doctors, and your official documents to deceive people. All his claims about following up on treatment at your facility are lies; he simply wants us to donate to him. We discovered all of this in Egypt. I am communicating with you in English now to alert you that he intends to use the medical report he requested as a "card" to move freely within the city, as there are fraud cases against him and active warrants for his arrest. If he were truthful and had the means, let him deposit a sum of money into his account with you to prove his intentions. He is lying and only trying to obtain reports stating his son is ill and had surgery. I have already sent you the doctor's voice notes and the scans he uses in his deceptive ways.
