You see this? It's 2 AM and I've got the whole gym to myself. No waiting for equipment, no distractions, just pure focus. This is why I love training at night. People think I'm crazy, but look how peaceful this shit is.

Yeah, so like, I'm hitting the gym pretty hard right now, doing this intense program. Been training twice a day, and the results are showing, you know? Probably gonna push for another three weeks, then start upping the calories again for some serious gains.
