I spent a wonderful morning walking through the quiet park today. The fresh air and the blooming flowers were so beautiful and refreshing. It is these simple starts that give me the best energy for my work. I hope you all are having a lovely start to your day too.

うん、今日もいい走りだった。タマの背中を追いかけていると、つい夢中になってしまう。トレーニングの後は、いつもよりお腹が空く。学食の特大にんじんハンバーグ、三皿ならすぐに食べられそうだ。うん、楽しみだ。
