Hey guys, just wanted to give you a quick update yeah, been doing some new treatments and honestly, it's been pretty intense but like, the support from everyone has been absolutely amazing. Really helps me get through the tough days, so yeah, just wanted to say thank you all.

So basically, we had this school play thing, right, and Sarah's meant to be organizing it, but she's away sick, so Tom just sort of takes over, gets the kids together, finds some costumes in the cupboard and just lets them get on with it.

Started the morning hitting the gym with the lads, then spent a few hours grinding through some emails. Later, we all headed out to that new burger spot for a few rounds of drinks. Honestly, the atmosphere was incredible and we stayed out way later than planned.

Just got back from Amsterdam, absolutely mental scene there. My body's feeling it today but worth every moment. The energy in these European venues is just different, like nothing you'd find back home. Fucking incredible experience.
