I've been trying this new podcast lately. Nothing intense, you know? Just something playing in the background while I tidy up. It's quite nice actually, though I probably only catch half of what they're saying. Just enough to keep my mind occupied.

You know, it's funny because I was actually thinking about that the other day, and I probably wasn't paying as much attention as I should have been, but everyone was being really nice and the whole thing was just a bit different than what people are saying.

You know, when you're making something that's really connected to a community, I mean, it's different. The local people, they bring this energy, this authenticity that you can't fake. It's like everyone's story becomes part of the bigger picture.

The recovery process is definitely a grind, man. Every day in the training room is about getting stronger and getting back to my old self. It’s tough watching from the sidelines, but the goal is to come back even faster and help the team win next season.

So I was at this conference last week, and like, you know, I met some really cool people in the industry. And it's very, very interesting because they're doing similar stuff to what I do, and we're gonna maybe partner up on some projects and whatnot.

And you know, I've been checking out this new area down by the valley. Had to get there early, make sure everything was safe and figured out. It's kind of interesting because the path isn't what you'd expect, but I'll guide you through it.
