Introduction Last year, during my second semester at university, I experienced a challenging situation in my Quality Management course. I worked with four classmates on a project in which we had to analyze a local company and propose improvements. This experience became significant because it tested our teamwork and problem-solving skills. Development At the beginning, we were excited and confident. However, problems soon appeared. Two team members strongly disagreed about the methodology we should apply, and communication became tense. While we were preparing the first draft, we realized that we had misunderstood part of the instructions. As a result, our work did not meet the professor’s expectations. We felt stressed and worried about our grade. Therefore, I decided to take the initiative and organize a meeting to clarify the objectives. We redistributed the tasks, created a shared online document, and established clear deadlines. Gradually, the environment improved, and everyone became more responsible. Eventually, we completed the project successfully and presented it on time. Reflection This experience taught me that conflicts are normal in teamwork, but they can be solved through communication and leadership. I learned to stay calm under pressure and to listen to different opinions before making decisions. Conclusion In conclusion, this academic challenge strengthened my organizational and leadership skills. It changed my attitude toward teamwork and will positively influence my future professional career.
