She's supposed to be getting an estimate of 50,000,000 Naira every year for the rest of her life till death. Now, when she dies, there'll be a times five benefits,which is 50,000,000 * 5= 250,000,000 Naira. Now an annuity policy can be gotten starting from 1 million, so it’s necessarily not for the rich. So in my mind, I'm like, okay, this is very good, but does this woman know she can still build that house that she wanted even buy a bigger house. now, this is my own idea. Now, that 50 million Naira, she's receiving it every year. Mind you, she has a business, because the 400 million Naira obviously came from somewhere. Now, she decides to go for another policy, which is a 300 million Naira policy. This 300 million Naira policy, she'll service 30 million naira every year not from her pocket but her annuity. Now, this 300 million Naira policy is guaranteeing her a 250% return on investment after 15 years, which is 750 million Naira. Remember, she wanted to use that 400 million Naira to buy a house, right? Now, this policy is giving her 750 million Naira. That is an extra 350 million Naira than the 400 million Naira house she wanted to build in the first place. Now, mind you, the annuity pays 50 million for life . We've taken out 30 million to fund a 300 million policy. Now, she has extra 20 million Naira every year, as a businesswoman, she takes 20 million Naira and puts it back into her business, whatever business it is that is giving her money. If she put 20 million Naira every year in the space of 15 years into her business, do you know how much? In the space of 15 years, that's over 200 million Naira. Do you understand me? So, you can obviously imagine how much her business would have grown within this period of time, right? Now, at the end of 15 years, she gets her 750 million Naira. She goes ahead to buy or build her desired house. At the end of that 15 years, she still continues receiving her 50 million Naira. Like I said, the 50 million Naira is for life. She continues receiving it until she dies. When she dies, insurance will now multiply that 50 million times 5, which is 250 million, and pay it to her next of kin. Do you understand? Now, tell me if this woman has not made her next generation Nepo babies. The only reason they can go back to Lapo babies is if they squander everything she has built. Because now, she has left a 750 million naira house, a multi-million Naira business minus other properties her business and the 50 million every year would have given her and a 250 million naira at death . Even that 250 million Naira, can be added to burial preparations for their mother's burial right. Do you see how it works? That’s a lot of money and I didn’t even include the 50 million naira she’s been receiving every year after the lump sum of 750 million naira was paid out to her But people are busy thinking that you have to die before insurance pays out your money. It doesn't even work like that. Now say this particular client was referred to me by a family member(mother,father,child,uncle,sister), neighbors or friend, that’s a referral bonus of about 4 million naira And this is just the financial benefit of insurance
