So we finally found a local gym to hit some legs and the atmosphere is just incredible, really brings back memories. The mission now is to finish up this session and head over to my cousin's place for a big barbecue and all that good stuff. Tag along if you want.

So like, the thing about working out with these people, right, is that everyone's just super supportive and like, they're all on their own journey but we're doing it together. The community here is just amazing, like you wouldn't believe how much everyone helps each other.

Alright guys, just finished up at the doctor's office. So, got my follow-up appointment next week, everything's healing pretty good. Little bit of swelling but that's normal. It's all part of the process, you know. Just taking it day by day.

So like, when I'm in the studio and working with different microphones, you know, it's really important to feel comfortable and everything, and sometimes I'll try different positions because, like, the sound changes and you have to kind of, you know, find what works best for you.

So I'm looking at this new limited edition gadget everyone is hyping up. Honestly, is it actually functional or just a piece of plastic? Tell me, does the battery last more than an hour? Is it worth the three hundred bucks, or are we just buying the name?
