I just seen the ball coming across and obviously I had loads of space, so I just thought, why not? Then when it hit the back of the net, the atmosphere was just mad, and I did my celebration again. Everyone was going cold, cold, cold, which is a great feeling really.

I spent about three weeks preparing for this role, sort of living with the character, you know? My girlfriend was incredibly patient, letting me disappear into that headspace, and I think that time really helped me understand who this person was meant to be.

You know, I think when it comes to acting, it's sort of about finding your own truth in the character, right? I mean, I don't really follow any specific method or anything, but it's about being honest with yourself and bringing forth whatever feels authentic to you.

Yeah, it's quite funny actually, I was practicing my putting and this kid comes up with his dad, like really nervous, and I'm there just chatting with them. It's cool though, because that's what golf's about really, just having fun and making people happy.
