The dessert I’m going to make is a lemon pie. The first step is preparing the crust: I crushed a pack of Maria cookies and put them in a bowl, then added a stick of melted butter and mixed everything until it formed a paste. After that, I pressed the mixture into a pie pan. Next, in the blender I added one can of evaporated milk, one can of sweetened condensed milk, a block of Philadelphia cream cheese, one tablespoon of vanilla extract, and the juice of six lemons. I blended everything until it was smooth and well combined. Then I poured the mixture into the pan, refrigerated it for four hours, and finally decorated it with lemon slices.
