for my friends with knee pain this is the machine for you this machine has not caused me any problems this low impact machine works on your calves thighs glutes and core there's arm bands too if you want to work out your arms at the same time it is diastasis recti friendly as well using this machine I burn about 100 calories per 7 minutes which is amazing my favorite way to work out is to turn on the TV and just mindlessly do this it is so much fun it is completely silent so when my baby is sleeping he has no idea that I'm working up a sweat it is on a flash sale right now go get you one and work out while you're watching a movie
