You know, when I'm preparing for an American role, it's all about the mouth position. Like, if you're saying "water," in Scotland we go "wa-er," but in America, it's "wadder." You've got to really work those muscles, practice every day, and just keep at it.

You know, I just finished working with this incredible actress on my latest project, and I have to say, the way she brings such depth and authenticity to every scene... it's just remarkable. There's this beautiful vulnerability she has, this genuine quality that makes everyone on set better.

Looking back on these years, it's truly been the adventure of a lifetime. The bond we've shared on set and with all of you is just incredible. Jamie Fraser has changed me in so many ways, and I’m just so grateful for every single moment of this journey.

I get asked about staying in shape quite often, and honestly, it’s getting tougher. I try to hit the gym when I can, but I’d much rather be out in the ocean on a board. It’s all about finding that balance without breaking anything, you know?

You know, I was thinking about this amazing actor I worked with last month, and it just struck me how incredible this business can be. The way they brought such depth to the character, such honesty in every scene - it's these moments that remind me why I love what I do.
