Let me tell you about another Scottish tradition - Burns Night. It's this wonderful celebration we have in January where we eat haggis, recite poetry, and wear kilts. Now, if you've never tried haggis, don't be scared - it's actually quite delicious!

And when people hear my accent, they're like, oh you must love haggis and wearing kilts, and I have to explain that not every Scottish person is walking around in tartan all day, but yeah, we do love our traditions, mind you.

Well, you know, we were jamming with these incredible musicians, and, I mean, it was just magical. And the whole thing just came together, and I remember thinking, yeah, this is what it's all about. It was just... it was beautiful, really beautiful.

Let me tell you about this wonderful old bridge we have here in Crawley. They say it was built by the ancient monks, you know. And there's a lovely story about how every midsummer night, if you listen carefully, you can hear the bells from the old monastery that used to stand nearby.
