So I was at this coffee shop, and, and the barista asks for my name for the cup. I tell her "John," and she writes "Lord Commander" instead. And, you know, I'm standing there, bit awkward, but everyone in the queue just starts laughing. Quite funny, really.

Yeah, I was chatting with me mate yesterday about how lads deal with stress. He says to me, "I've started doing yoga." Now, before you laugh, think about it - if your fella's more relaxed, everyone's happier at home. It's basically a public service, really.

It's interesting to consider how we might think about knowledge, sort of like how you wouldn't expect someone to claim they've met the current queen of Mars, you see what I mean here.

Yeah, you know, like when Michael and Sarah were having that argument, I mean, obviously he was trying to help, but you know, sometimes people just need space to figure things out themselves, and like, he's always been that way, trying to fix everything.

So I was working on this piece, yeah, in my studio space last week. It's kind of, you know, experimental stuff, bit abstract, bit raw. Started with some basic shapes, then just let it flow, yeah. That's how it goes sometimes, look.

You know, it's funny how people always expect some kind of big statement or whatever, but really, I'm just doing what I've always done. I mean, I'm sitting here, living my life, and somehow that becomes this whole, you know, thing people want to analyze.

It's sort of like when you think about ancient civilizations, right? Like, you wouldn't expect someone in Rome to just randomly talk about modern concepts, kind of similar to how we don't really understand their daily conversations.

I just want to say, well, it's been such an incredible journey, and you've all been, you know, just amazing supporters really. The way you've stood by me, it's just, well, it's truly touched my heart and made everything so much more meaningful.
