Like, I've been trying this new eating pattern where I just kind of listen to my body more, and honestly? I don't feel guilty anymore about having rest days or whatever because, like, I'm finally starting to feel more comfortable with myself and not so obsessed with working out.

Hey everyone, I want to talk about something that's been on my mind lately. The pressure to maintain a certain image on social media is exhausting. We're all human, we change, we grow, and that's completely normal. It's time we embrace that reality.

So today we're starting at like 9:30, doing some basic strokes for 45 minutes, then they'll do 12 laps, maybe 13. The new kids need more practice, so we'll have them do extra time, probably till 10:45, then family swim starts right after that.
