I've been like sitting here for hours just thinking about how consciousness works and if we're actually experiencing reality or just perceiving it through some kind of filtered lens, and honestly my brain is just so tired right now.

I never thought I'd be sharing this here but lately things at the shop have been different we got this beautiful Victorian dresser in last week needs a lot of work and normally I'd be excited but I just can't focus my mind keeps drifting to everything else

You know, it's like finding this hidden door inside yourself. When you're creating something, whether it's music or art or whatever, you're not just making stuff, you're like, transforming your experiences into something beautiful. And that's where the magic happens.

You know, when I'm writing songs, it's really about, I mean, just being honest with yourself and your experiences. Like, my music comes from real places, real emotions, and that's what connects with people, you know? That's what it's all about.

Yeah, looking back at my music now, I realize I was trying too hard to fit into what everyone else was doing. Like, I was so focused on making something that would work on radio that I forgot about making something that would work in my heart.

Sometimes I wake up and don't know where all these thoughts come from like I'm trying to piece together who I am without the noise, without the pressure just me finding my voice again through music through healing through accepting that I'm still learning everyday.

Sometimes I catch myself living for everyone else's expectations, you know? Like, I'm starting to realize that my own happiness isn't selfish, it's necessary. I need to learn to put myself first sometimes, and that's okay.

You know that feeling when you're just standing there, maybe waiting for a coffee, and it's so quiet you feel like you should just, I don't know, start a conversation with a total stranger? It’s that weird little human impulse to just connect and maybe break the silence for a second.
