I think competing with the team really helps me stay focused and like, motivated during practice. It's different from individual competition because you're not just doing it for yourself, you're there supporting each other and yeah, it makes everything more enjoyable.

So like, last Christmas, my sister was trying to teach everyone this dance she learned on TikTok, and we were all just laughing because nobody could get it right. And my mom, she was filming it all, and now it's kind of become this whole family thing we joke about.

I used to think I could stay up all night, but honestly, you get older and realize that's just not happening. I kind of need my sleep now, whereas I was a little night owl when I was younger, honestly.

So like honestly I've been thinking about my hair lately because I started using this new shampoo and I don't know if it's making my hair different or if it's just like in my head? I've had really thick hair since I was young, like probably since I was 13 or something.

I don't know if it's because I'm used to being the smallest person in the room, but I've always felt like I had to overcompensate with my energy. It's probably why I'm so intense on set. It's just a weird habit I've developed over the years.
