Just done another mad workout init, been gym three times today. Need to film some content for social though, thinking about doing some proper viral stuff. My face looking proper tanned from all the running. Might do a talking video later if I get time.

So I thought I'd tell you about my teeth whitening treatment, it's been about three days now and I'm loving it. You can't have hot drinks for 48 hours after, can't eat anything too colorful, and definitely no red wine. But trust me, it's worth it.
