You know, filming that last episode was kind of intense. And the whole cast was there, and it was like, really emotional. We've been through so much together, and yeah, saying goodbye to these characters that we've lived with for so long, it's just... it's quite something.

You know, when you're training intensely, it's like your whole body's just firing on all cylinders. Your heart's racing, muscles are pumping, and there's this incredible energy that just sort of takes over. It's amazing how the body adapts and responds to that challenge.

You spend so much time trying to live inside someone else’s head, and honestly, it’s quite a strange thing to just walk away from. I needed that moment of quiet reflection, you know, to just sit there and tell the story one last time before finally letting it all go.
