Life of an ARMY: Bangtan and the Banana Milk 🍌💜 — My BTS story in 300 words Hi, I’m Mina. Average teen. Messy bun. Zero chill. But when it comes to BTS, I go from tired potato to emotional poet in 0.5 seconds. My room? Bangtan shrine. My password? JK1997. My dog? Named Taehyungie. (Only responds when I sing “Spring Day,” no joke.) Every morning I wake up, play Magic Shop, and pretend I have my life together. Spoiler: I don’t. But BTS helps me try. I’ve written fanfics in class (until my teacher read a Yoongi x coffee shop AU out loud. RIP me.) I’ve cried listening to Epiphany, wondering if I’m enough. But I remember Namjoon’s words: > “You were born to be real, not perfect.” That quote saved me more than once. One day, life hit hard. My best friend moved away. I missed a BTS concert because of money. I cried with Blue & Grey on repeat. Then— Group chat: “ARMY Sisters 💜” One text: > “BTS didn’t give up. We won’t either.” So we had a mini-concert at my house. Fairy lights, cardboard Jungkook, J-Hope dance fails, and Mic Drop so loud, my neighbor almost called the cops. But for once, I felt alive. Like I belonged. Years later, I stood on stage, sharing my story. And I ended with this: > “I’m here because I believed. And because 7 boys taught me to love who I am.” --- Being ARMY isn’t just about stanning. It’s about healing, laughing, and dancing through the pain — BTS style. If they didn’t give up, why should we? 💜
