So there's this new development down by Parker Street, I think maybe fifty or sixty houses, and they're putting in some kind of shopping center. Last I heard, there might be a Target or something going in there.

Just spent two hours actually living life instead of watching other people live theirs on social media. Went hiking, saw some birds, felt the sun. Like, when was the last time you just existed without your phone? Try it. It's actually pretty amazing.

Honestly, being back home after a long tour is the best feeling, you know, just sitting on the porch and thinking about how far we've come. We're still getting settled in the new place, but having Tater around makes it feel like home, even if he's tearing up everything.
