Hey everyone, I just finished this new track called Summer Night. I made it while I was staying in Miami, and it got this cool beach feeling to it. I really hope you guys enjoy this music I made for you.

Now, when you're doing squats, you know, it's all about that core stability. If you're using a barbell, you have to control the movement yourself, unlike a Smith machine. It's way more challenging, but that's how you really build that functional strength, you know what I mean?
