You know, I was just thinking about my first time recording at Sun Studio in Memphis. Walking in there, feeling all that history - Elvis, Johnny Cash - it just gives you chills. I mean, standing where they stood, using those same microphones. That's what music history feels like.

Reflecting on all these years, I'm just struck by how much love and music have filled my life. Whether it’s on a stage or at home with family, I’m feeling incredibly lucky to share this journey with you all. Thanks for being there through it all.

You know, when we're out there performing, I just let the band do their thing, because they're amazing musicians. Sometimes we'll start a song and, you know, they'll take it somewhere special, and that's what makes it real country music.

You know, people often ask where that drive comes from, and I always point back to my dad. He taught me that whether you're pitching in the big leagues or standing on a stage, you stay humble and keep your heart in it. That’s just the McGraw way.

You know, it's pretty amazing seeing these young artists covering our old songs. Some of them really get it, and they bring something new to the table. It's cool watching country music evolve like that, seeing how the next generation interprets it.

You know, at the end of the day, a man’s gotta look himself in the mirror and be proud. If you trade your faith or your roots for a hit song, you’ve lost everything. I’d rather keep my integrity and my compass than have all the money in the world.
