Young Male Voice
por Soumadip RoyThis is the story of two best friends.
One was named Rohan, and the other was Veer.
They had been best friends since school. They always sat together in class, but there was one major difference between them.
Rohan was the class topper.
When they graduated from 12th grade, Rohan scored 95%, while Veer, who was never very good at studies, managed to score only 60%.
After school, Rohan prepared for the JEE examination, successfully cracked it, and secured a seat at one of the IITs.
Eventually, he joined IIT.
On the other hand, Veer couldn't even get admission into a good college.
His only concern was somehow getting into any college so he could continue his education.
Everyone around Rohan—his parents, relatives, and friends—kept telling him,
"Your life is completely set now. You've made it because you're going to IIT."
Meanwhile, Veer's parents and relatives constantly reminded him,
"You couldn't do anything in school. We're not even sure if you'll ever achieve something in life."
Six years later...
Rohan and Veer met again.
And this time, the reality shocked everyone.
The same Veer who barely attended classes in school was now working at a great company and earning ₹5.2 lakh every month.
But Rohan...
Despite graduating from IIT...
was still unemployed.
No company was willing to hire him.
Sounds shocking, right?
How can an IIT graduate still struggle to find a job?
But this is the reality that thousands of people around the world are facing today.
According to reports published in 2025, millions of engineering students graduate every year, yet a significant percentage of them remain unemployed because they fail to secure jobs.
You might think this problem exists only in private colleges.
But here's another shocking reality.
Reports on IIT placements also revealed that a large number of IIT graduates were still looking for jobs after graduation.
So the real question is...
Where exactly is the problem?
When companies were asked why they weren't hiring many of these graduates, their answer was surprisingly simple.
They said,
"These students have theoretical knowledge from books, but they lack practical, job-ready skills."
And honestly...
that's true.
Throughout school and college, we're mostly taught how to memorize books and pass exams.
But we're rarely taught the modern skills that companies actually expect in today's world.
The good news is...
If you start learning those skills today, you'll automatically move ahead of most people.
And in this video...
I'm going to share 5 powerful skills that will be extremely important to learn before 2026.
