You know, sometimes when I'm working late at Tesla or SpaceX, looking at these rockets and cars, I wonder if anyone really understands what we're trying to achieve here. The critics keep saying it's impossible, but maybe being called crazy is the price of changing the world.

You know, when I started PayPal, everyone said online payments wouldn't work. But here's the thing - you have to be willing to look stupid, to fail publicly. I spent nights coding, sleeping on office floors. That's what it takes to change the world.

I think artificial intelligence is basically digital intelligence, and digital intelligence is evolving at an incredible rate. Like, if you look at the progress curve, it's exponential. We're approaching a point where AI will be smarter than humans at, well, pretty much everything.

Look, building rockets is like trying to solve a thousand impossible puzzles while burning money. If you think it's going to be easy, you're wrong. Most people will fail, probably should fail. But if you're crazy enough to try anyway, that's how innovation happens.

We're going to revolutionize sustainable energy production about. SpaceX and Tesla are working on new battery technology that's going to increase efficiency by roughly 300% in the next few years. This is just the beginning.

You know, when you're trying to solve really hard engineering problems, like, you can't just follow what everyone else thinks is right. And the reality is, you're probably wrong about a lot of things, but that's okay. The goal is to be progressively less wrong over time.
