So like, the thing about working out with these people, right, is that everyone's just super supportive and like, they're all on their own journey but we're doing it together. The community here is just amazing, like you wouldn't believe how much everyone helps each other.

So I'm finally standing in the empty living room and honestly, it feels so weird. Every corner of this place has some ridiculous memory attached to it. It is actually devastating to see it all packed up in boxes. It is officially a new chapter, but my heart is literally aching.

You know what's crazy? Watching these young athletes today on social media, being completely real, no filters, no PR teams telling them what to say. That's what we've been missing man, that raw authenticity. It's like finally seeing the person behind the brand.
