Okay so I've been obsessed with this new morning routine that literally changed everything I started dry brushing before my shower and drinking celery juice right after and guys my energy levels are insane like I can't even explain how good I feel you need to try this.

Okay, so I wanted to share my morning routine that's been helping with my energy levels. I start with warm lemon water, then take my probiotics on an empty stomach. About an hour later, I'll have my green smoothie. Like, the difference in how I feel is honestly amazing.

I grabbed some mango and wrapped it in a fruit roll up then I sprinkled some chili lime seasoning all over it and honestly it tasted amazing this snack was so simple and very fun to make you guys should go check it out right now.

Hi guys, yeah, so I just got back from the doctor's appointment, like, my throat is kind of sore today. Been drinking lots of water and stuff. Oh, and thanks for all the messages yesterday. Yeah, hopefully feeling better soon, so that's good.

Honestly, I’m really doing fine, you know? I make sure to eat plenty of good food and I’ve been feeling so much better lately. I just like taking care of myself in my own way, so you really don’t have to worry about me.

Oh my God, you guys! We're finally here at the beach house with all my besties! Caitlin, look at this amazing view! I'm literally so excited for this weekend. We're gonna have the best time ever, I can't even handle it!
