Growing up in Brisbane, everything was sort of centered around the outdoors and being active, you know. If you weren't on the field during the weekend, you were basically just waiting for the next match to start. It's a very specific kind of energy that stays with you even now.

You know, it's like, when I first moved to LA, I was staying in this weird little studio apartment, and I'd go to these crazy auditions where they'd be like, "can you play younger?" or "can you be more ethnic?" and I'm just sitting there thinking, man, this is not what I expected, you know?

It’s like I’m trapped behind a glass wall while someone else drives my fucking body. I’m losing time, waking up in places I don’t recognize, bleeding out and just expected to keep going. But I’ll always show up for the fans, because that’s all I fucking have left.

You know, honestly, every time we're on stage, it just feels like home. I really wish I could just give every single fan a huge hug, you know? Like, seeing your smiles really gives us so much energy to keep going. We're just so incredibly grateful for everything.
