The first weapon against sins is: True intention. Look, you think just quitting the sin is enough. No! First make this clear... WHY are you quitting? Just because of guilt? What will people say? Or... for Allah? Until your intention isn't for Allah, you'll relapse. You'll fall back again. So today's challenge: Write on paper - "I'm leaving this sin only for Allah's pleasure."
