If we can extend the light of consciousness to Mars, it’s a vital insurance policy for humanity’s future. It’s quite exciting, actually.

The humanoid robot will be, I think, more significant than the car business long-term. When you have a machine that can perform any task, productivity increases by an order of magnitude. It’s fundamentally a question of scaling the intelligence. No one else is even close to that.

I think it's really, really important that we work towards a multi-planetary future. Actually, if you look at the physics, the window of opportunity might not stay open forever. We're doing something fundamentally exciting here, building incredible things that most people thought were just impossible, frankly.

Look, the neural interface we're developing at Neuralink is like way beyond what anyone else is doing. It's literally going to revolutionize how humans interface with computers, like PhD-level stuff but for everyone. Pretty mind-blowing when you think about it.

The thing about virtual reality is, it's getting incredibly close to photorealistic. I mean, the latest headsets are mind-blowing, but there's still maybe a 20% gap to perfect reality. Give it 3-4 years, and we'll probably cross that threshold. It's pretty wild.
